What’s the difference between Netriplex’s Spam Blocker and everyone else’s?

The major difference is that our spam blocker solution is the ONLY one that offers up to 100% spam and virus blocking. Others may say 100%, but when you read the fine print, they actually “guarantee” a much lower percentage of success. Additionally, we have an extremely low false positive rate. This means that we will not block legitimate email.
Additional differences include our globally dispersed network with 100% guaranteed uptime, triple virus scanning on all messages, sophisticated anti-spam policy enforcement options and much more.
Is this really more cost effective than buying some spam blocker software and doing it myself?

Absolutely. Our network is comprised of multiple data centers housing multiple servers and technologies in order to achieve the highest level of effectiveness. It would be cost prohibitive for most companies to attempt to match our network architecture. Plus, the benefits obtained by filtering email outside of your corporate network are significant. There is no hardware or software to buy, no upgrade costs, no installation and maintenance hassles, no administrative costs, no bandwidth usage, and spam and viruses are kept far away from your corporate network.
I really don’t think that the few junk emails I get is a problem, is it?

A few junk emails per day may not seem like a big time waster, but if you add it up over an entire year for all employees, it can be significant. Gartner estimates that the cost averages $1300 per employee per year in lost productivity alone. This does not include lost time for IT staff who may end up dealing with critical network issues as a result of Spam and viruses. Furthermore, even one spam email may have significant legal ramifications (read: lawsuits) if it severely offends one of your employees or is accidentally forwarded to one of your clients.
Will your spam blocker solution block any legitimate business email?

No. Our technology and methodology has been perfected and is so advanced that we have an extremely low false positive rate. And we work hard to ensure that we will always have the highest rating.
Do I have the option to review all of the spam for my domain?

Absolutely! You can view all spam captured via our web-based Quarantine. Our Quarantine can also send you daily email alerts to let you know what it has caught.
How does your system handle viruses that are included in zip files?

Like most gateway solutions, our virus scanner unpacks every archive file and investigates all of the contents.
How do you calculate my monthly mail volume?

By default, all email we receive that is destined for your domain counts towards
your monthly total. This includes spam and directory harvesting attempts. However,
you can drastically reduce your monthly mail volume by creating user accounts and
specifying the email addresses that belong to each user. Once complete, disable
the catch-all functionality in the domains section to start blocking email destined
for non-existant addresses at your domain. This practice not only has the ability
to reduce your mail volume up to 80%, but it also enables personal quarantines for
each user at your company and also allows them to create personalized quarantine
digest notifications too!
Is my email safe from tampering?

Netriplex does not read, copy, distribute, tamper with, change, or otherwise interfere or observe your email beyond our filtering for unwanted content. It is important to note that email sent over the Internet is inherently public and can travel through servers that do not have the safeguards and security measures provided by the Netriplex network. Therefore, using the Netriplex anti-spam service actually increases the security of your email since it is traveling through known, secure networks.
Do you keep any or all of my email?

No. We do not store your email other than for disaster recovery purposes. In general, once the email has been successfully delivered to you, it is removed from our network.
What happens if my mail server goes down?

If your mail server is unavailable to receive email from our network, we will store it for 7 days or until your server is back online. If for some reason you are unable to get your server back online within 7 days, we can forward it to another location or create webmail boxes so your users can continue to send and retrieve mail.
What spam blocker reporting options do you offer?

Netriplex offers many reporting options based on the services you have chosen. Sample reports include a master report of total emails sent and received, spam messages received, viruses received, rejected mail and more. All reports can be separated by domain and by email address and are fully customizable. Reports are provided in real-time.
Can your network ever fail?

While it is theoretically possible for a portion of our network to fail, it is highly unlikely for the entire network to fail, thus making it impossible for us to deliver your email to you. Our network is comprised of multiple servers in multiple geographically dispersed data centers around the world. Each of our data centers has Tier 1 connectivity to almost every major backbone provider. Launching an attack on our network would be a monumental undertaking, and our automated responsiveness would render most attacks useless.
What level of customer support do you provide?

We provide unlimited 24x7x365 support to all of our customers via our toll-free number and our support website. Your access to telephone support varies based on the type of package you have.
How do you bill clients?

We bill our clients every month by credit card based on the total volume of email processed. On your monthly billing date, we will charge you in advance for the base fee, depending on your package, plus any overages from the prior month.
Where are your offices and Data Centers located?

Our International Headquarters is located in Boston, Massachusetts. Data Center locations include Boston, Atlanta, Seattle, San Diego, Dallas, London and other undisclosed national and international locations.
