EMS Help
Spam
View and Manage Spam settings per domain by selecting the appropriate member from the datagrid to bring up a panel with their details.
Global Settings
The Global Spam settings are set company wide. These are the default settings. The Global Settings panel is on display on page load. To view Global Settings again after selecting a domain, click Global Settings above the datagrid.
Standard Settings
Spam Filtering: enabled turns on the EMS filtration service for spam. When turned off all mail passes through.
Spam Action: The action to be taken when spam filtering is enabled. Options are Quarantine, Delete, Reject, and passing the email through but appending "SPAM" to subject line.
Filtration Lists
White Lists ALLOW mail from email/domains through filter, while Black lists BLOCK mail from filter. Filtration lists can be enabled globally, at the domain level, and at the personal user level.
