Welcome! Here is Your Implementation Guide.
The Netriplex Email Management Solution is very easy to implement. Now that your account is enabled, please follow the steps below to get started:
[1] Review your settings: Specify an IP address for your domain name on the DOMAIN tab to the left.
By default, the rest of the settings are configured for the most effective spam elimination. You need not make any changes.
[2] MX record change: Alter the MX records for your domain(s) as follows:
xxxxxxxxx.netriplex.com in MX 10
xxxxxxxxx.netriplex.com in MX 20
xxxxxxxxx.netriplex.com in MX 30
xxxxxxxxx.netriplex.com in MX 40
- DO NOT RESOLVE any of the above to an IP address
- you must not have any other MX records
[3] Block all other mail: After mail has been flowing through the Netriplex system for at least 72 hours, you may want to enable blocking of all port 25/SMTP traffic on your mail server except for mail coming from the Netriplex network. Here is a list of IP addresses to accept email from:
xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx - Boston 1
xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx - Boston 2
xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx - Dallas
xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx - Seattle
xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx - San Francisco
xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx - Atlanta
xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx - London
[4] If you need help: Please read the online help by clicking on the (?) icon in the upper right corner of this window. This will provide you with help information for the page you are currently viewing. If you require additional support, please create a ticket by using the SUPPORT button to the left. Engineers are available 24/7/365 and generally respond to tickets within 30 minutes during business hours and within 90 minutes after hours.
Thank you for choosing Netriplex. We want to do everything we can to make receiving email enjoyable again.
