Inbound
View and Manage Inbound Email settings per domain by selecting the appropriate member from the datagrid to bring up a panel with their details.
Global Settings
The Global Inbound settings are set company wide. These are the default settings. The Global Settings panel is on display on page load. To view Global Settings again after selecting a domain, click Global Settings above the datagrid.
Content Settings
For each of the types of content select the desired filtration.
Specific Filters
Message Size limits the possible size of an email to a specified number in KB; Attachment limits refer to the number of allow attachments per email; Recipient limits are used in preventing bulk list-sends, limiting the number of possible recipients; permit or reject specified file extensions
Challenge/Response
When enabled allows you further security. Allowing user opt-out enables specific users to permit looser restrictions. Schedule a challenge during specified times.
Filename Filtering
When secure documents or known viruses and the like are listed emails containing them will be blocked.
