To accomplish this, we use our High Availability architecture to migrate your environment to the new infrastructure with zero downtime. Hardware obsolescence is now a thing of the past.
Self-Healing Design

Even though every customer receives dedicated hardware, we place a thin hypervisor between the hardware layer and operating system layer to provide migration flexibility. Additionally, we allocate a ‘pool’ of assigned spare hardware which acts as a hot standby. The hypervisor allows us to migrate the operating system in real time to the standby hardware without any downtime.
Our 24xForever NOC proactively monitors the hardware as well as the disks, CPU, memory and other components to ensure the health of your entire environment. If anything catastrophically fails, it can automatically recover by migrating to new hardware and restarting. In the event a failure is detected prior to knocking the system offline, automatic migration can happen proactively with zero downtime.
High Availability

Not only is the High Availability platform infinitely redundant, each server is designed with complete redundancy boasting multiple processors, hot-swappable RAM and many other features which typically make a traditional dedicated server very costly. This architecture dramatically increases platform uptime since failed components can be replaced without affecting operation.
