World-Class Facilities
Netriplex operates SAS 70 Type II and PCI compliant datacenters designed to keep critical IT infrastructure running 24xForever. We use our expertise to ensure that our customers gain access to some of the most advanced, most reliable, most secure hosting environments in the world.
Our multiple world-class facilities are custom-designed with raised floors, HVAC
temperature control systems with separate cooling zones, and seismically braced
racks. Netriplex Data Centers are further supported by some of the most powerful
physical security in the business, from very early smoke detection and fire suppression
systems to 24xForever secured access with motion sensors, video camera surveillance, and dual-factor biometric access controls.
To deliver the highest possible levels of reliability and performance, we boast a redundant network of multiple fiber trunks from multiple sources, redundant power on the premises, and multiple backup generators. Our goal: to maximize uptime for every component in the datacenter.
Finally, all of our Data Centers combine round-the-clock systems management with
onsite personnel trained in the areas of networking and systems management. The result: a physical and technical environment delivering the reliability and flexibility
necessary to support mission-critical IT infrastructure.
Each datacenter is designed with a minimum of N+1 utilizing the following:
Power Systems:
- Multiple city electrical grids
- Redundant diesel generators with fuel capacity for 72 hours on-site. Fuel delivery
contract with 60 minute guarantee
- Redundant UPS systems
Environmental Controls:
- N+1 Liebert cooling units
- Constant ambient air temperature of 68° (+/- 5°)
- Automatic humidity controls for 45% (+/- 5%)
- Internal air cleaning & filtering systems
Fire Suppression:
- Very Early Smoke Detection Apparatus (VESDA)
- Pre-action, dry-pipe sprinkler systems
- Integrated smoke/heat detectors
- Clean agent fire suppression
Security:
- 24xForever on-site security and technical staff
- Multiple security cameras
- Dual-Factor Biometric access controls
- Double-locking mantraps at data center entrance
- All cabinets, cages and suites are locking
- Physical audit trails on all entry points
